Free Cpanel's?

Hey, well just some info about me... Eh im 16 and running a web server with to many users for me to handle. I host it in my room off my static dsl line, its not to slow. Any way I want to get some kind of cpanel but "cpenel" the nice one lol its like $1300 and only runs on apache. I need something like that but for IIS and that is free =) any suggestions?

Svr Spec's
2.4 P4
IIS 6.0 Web Software
currently running "zpanel" but doesent give me many options and the php is messed up.
MYSQL v.1.4
PHP
Windows Server 2003
BPFTP
Merak Mail Server

Anyones help would be greatly appreciated
