FFMPEG Hosting

I need a place to host my video sharing site (it wont actually be a public site, its actually for a school project).

Im guessing there is no free FFMPEG hosting anywhere and i have no idea how to set up a server on my current pc to run off.

So i either need to find a free FFMPEG host somewhere, or can someone help me set up what ever i need to run the site off my pc.

EDIT: flvtool2 would also need to be installed.
