I'm trying to set up my own web server. I'm using xp pro with iis. i created a simple webpage and opened port 80 on my router. I am able to access the webpage by typing in http://192.168.1.100 in my browser. I should be able to access the webpage from a friends computer by typing in the routers ip address, correct? if not, what do i have to do to access it?

maybe your ISP block port 80

He doesn't type the router IP, he types http://your.real.ip.here
