Hi i was told to use apache for my web sever but its very complictaed ( or im doin sumthin wrong ). ive looked at the website but i dont understand it. can anyone help ?

apache is not GUI configured like IIS is.

what kind of help you require? I can only help you out in starting Apache and working as a web server as it'll be actually configured via DOS Prompt. and for hat you can see commands in Apache manual, that comes with the Apache installation.

even downloading apache is mess, if you couldnt find that link to download apache, lemme know. i'll upload it on my web, and give you out straight link, hassle free.
