will only save images as 'bitmap'
i am sure that i read somewhere about a problem someone had with only saving images as 'bitmap' regardless to them being jpeg etc...i am sure there was a folder that you had to empty or something.could somebody tell me please??

In Internet Explorer:
Tools > Internet Options... > General > Delete Files...
Click OK, and restart Internet Explorer.
That should sort your problem.
