Default Website graphic

My company logo does not appear "crisp" as it does in other programs. It's saved as a "gif" and it looks jagged. How do I fix this? It looks great in it's original program and such things as Word.

save it as a JPEG for optimization, not GIF. these artifacts are attributes of the GIF transpareny and its limited 256 color depth. if you want to save transpareny use PNG-24

If you modify the width/height even slightly, sometimes it will distort images. Can you show me a link to the page with a picture?

Eksine's absolutely right ... GIF tends to give out artifacts ... Even i would suggest that u use Jpeg or PNG formats...

PNG is a great format to use ..n' it's mostly lossless compression
