i've used Adobe ImageReady to convert .avi to .swf and a .mov to .swf........also FlashMX will do it too but these are expensive programs so i doubt you have them

Tea Banned Join Date: Jul 2005 Posts: 2	I use Video to Flash Converter by Geovid Very good program, i like it. Of course, there are many programs for such conversion, but this program so easy to use and does qualitative flash from video.
