Shrink?

Is there any way to shrink an animated gif like this. I want to use this as my avatar but it's too big.

Juice Daddy Monster Techie Join Date: Jun 2005 Posts: 1,708	yea... I resized it with IR... but the physical size was to much.. so I had to use Fireworks export options to size it down...
