|  Remove Scratches From Photos Does anyone know of a good program that can remove scratches and dust from photos? I have a scanner but it doesn't seem to remove a lot of the scratches from photos on its own except scratches from slides. |

| Re: Remove Scratches From Photos i use the GIMP for most of my photo work too. yes it does have a bit of a learning curve but it has far more advanced tools than MSPaint  , it's free and should do what you require.
