im tryin 2 build a personal proxy site for me, so how do i go about to do this?

someone correct me if i am wrong, but i believe you would have to actually have a server and route your internet connection through that

the easiest thing to do is to grab an IP address of a FAST proxy server (one with response time of at least 90 or lower) and put it in manually for everything like firefox/your browser, and basically any online application.
