The site is very plain, more content would not hurt at all. In my personal opinion I would choose a different color scheme. You could also try a different set up of your navigation and maybe try some buttons. However, not bad for your first html site. Keep up the work and dont be afraid to try something different with the layout.

Placebo you are being too kind. if you want my honest opinion HardKore{Killa} , i think it looks horrible.....and not just that it looks bad....it looks really bad. my little kid sister in elementary school could LITTERALLY design a better webpage than this with minimum effort and a total lack of computer skills. it looks like you spent maybe 15 minutes making that page and is a total waste of our time. i mean seriously, if you aren't going to take the time to make a decent page, why should you expect anyone else to even take the time to look at it? i never hold back on my comments when critiqueing other people's design work, even if this is not what they want to hear. thats brutal, but i'm sure not too many people here will say this to you.

hmmm if you would like to see a site i put a lot of time (wel not a lot but a good amount) check this http://www.fnpsolutions.com/webtemp/htmlsite/index.htm its my latest stab at HTML sites (I like to work in flash), and I think it came out pretty good. I had 2 make an HTML site for my company for people who didnt support flash. Its still not yet finished as I have 2 tweak some things, change fonts, blah blah blah, but all in all the bulk of the work is done. I know its not perfect, but it might give you some insight into what makes a nice, easy to navigate site.

| Monster Techie | HardKore... if you want a good site, you're going to have to use some tables. (Not just one big cell, but multiple cells.) Make a template and stick to the same template for all your pages. Try sticking the navigation out of the way a little bit, like in a column on the side. Or if you insist on having the links at the top, put them in one line so they take up less space. If people only see links and banners and no content to draw them in, they'll probably leave pretty fast. Speaking of banners, it's generally considered bad practice to have animated headers because they annoy the crap out of people after a while. And try Verdana instead of Times New Roman - it tends to look a little more professional. Also, the whole content area is a little bit wide. It's awkward when each line spans about a quarter of the allotted space. Try putting the links on the left of the content, so that the content fits the space a little more. Hope this helped, and of course I didn't mean to offend you, just giving you some suggestions. ![]() P.S. Your back to top link doesn't work. ![]()

well its neater, but u still didnt put much effort into it. all u did was a black background, added some text and a little thingamajiger, and you hosted it. You didnt put much thought or time into it. Try something thats meaningfull. Don't just have a web page for the sake of having it. Do something that you can be proud of. U said on your webpage that ur only 13.... I just turned 15, and I have only been designing sites for like a month or 2 now. Go look at others websites. Do you have photoshop and other programs like fireworks and Dreamweaver? If you don't than your going to have a much harder time just using straight HTML. You will really need some sort of template or something if you do not have a good graphics program like Photoshop due to the fact that you can't make graphics for your site or design your own site.
