HardKore... if you want a good site, you're going to have to use some tables. (Not just one big cell, but multiple cells.) Make a template and stick to the same template for all your pages. Try sticking the navigation out of the way a little bit, like in a column on the side. Or if you insist on having the links at the top, put them in one line so they take up less space. If people only see links and banners and no content to draw them in, they'll probably leave pretty fast.
Speaking of banners, it's generally considered bad practice to have animated headers because they annoy the crap out of people after a while. And try Verdana instead of Times New Roman - it tends to look a little more professional.
Also, the whole content area is a little bit wide. It's awkward when each line spans about a quarter of the allotted space. Try putting the links on the left of the content, so that the content fits the space a little more.
