picture veiwing program

OKay I have installed CS2 on my PC a while back and am tired of it being the primary veiwer for pictuers in my pictures.

I want to change it back to Microsoft picture manager because it takes no time to boot up to view pictures.

But I cant figure out how to do it. anyone know??
