Default PHP Help

I Know this question has already been asked on the forum, but i can't seem to find the thread. I created an HTML editor for my clients on my server because they were tired of using FTP. I created it myself because I wanted a more personal touch to it for them. It works greate except the code is displayed

<a href=/"blogo.html/">

how do I get rid of the slashed that follow my quotes? any help would be appreciated.
