Allright, so I just re-installed my Adobe Photoshop 7. But for some reason whenever I scroll over the file, filters, help, etc. buttons this happens(image below). Ever since I installed Photoshop the same thing has been happening in other programs when scrolling over several of the buttons(file, help, settings, etc). I want to know if it's a software issue or if it's something normal. I'm just wondering if this could cause the system crashes, blue screen errors, etc. If this kind of issue is dangerous and could cause system errors then I have no choice but to reacquire another copy. Thanks.

Well, if that is happening in other programs besides Photoshop, it's a good bet that it isn't an isolated Adobe problem.

I dont know, vid card drivers perhaps?

just use paint shop pro it is better.

did you miss with the drivers configs...
what kind crad do you have..?
