Can i use photoshop to adjust the contrast and the brightness of a photo?

you can also hold shift ctrl and L at the same time to do a auto level Sometimes it works good sometimes it works for crap

Press CTRL+U and it will give ya a screen, from there click colorize and you can totally change the color of the image.
