Hey, I am creating an image in which I had to type along a path (straight line for this one), and after that I need to edit it so that there is some perspective. I need the start of the text to be larger and then end to look smaller to make is seem like it's going away. I also need to skew the text so that it looks like it's perpendicular to the floor on the picture.

However, I cannot change the perspective or skew the text after I type along a line path. I used the pen to create the path. All it does when I try to change perspective is rotate the picture, not perspective.

is the text just a normal text layer? if so, you should be able to rasterise it, and then change the perspective.

if this path is causing the problems, why bother with it? if it is a straight line, just use the text tool, and then you will have no problems rasterising it and then perspectiving it.

after having an eperiment for you, i think i have sorted it. i think what you are doing is edit>transform path>perspective, on the PATH, when you want to be doing it on the text itself. all you need to do it right click the text layer, rasterize it, and then do edit>transform>perspective, and you should be sorted.

if it isnt that, i have no idea.
