Paint shop Pro 8

Hui, I'm new. Nice to meet you all. I'm having a problem finding the tool bar which allows me to feather or smart edge. It's supposed to appear when I selct the selection tool, but, it doesn't. I've tried all the toolbar options, but, no luck. it was there 2 days ago.

Patience...it is the weekend!

Only thing i have found is this:

Selections-> Invert. Selections-> Modify-> Feather

But i never you an arty programs so.......

I did try that, thanks, but, I need the whole toolbar to select smart edge as well. Thank you for helping though.

I haven't paintshop anymore, as I am more an Adobe fan. I think you could add/remove toolbars from the "View" menu as in any type of program with toolbars. Hope it helps.

Thanks, Mike, appreciate the advice, but, I've gone through all the toolbars on the list, but, it isn't there. I may have to un-install and re-install. Thanks.
