I am making a website everything is done except for the store part.

How do you make an online store with products that can be bought with paypal or credit card

How do you also put a shipping details question for the customer to fill out with a selction of shipping times?

Paypal has software you can install to your website. They can take care of your shopping cart as well as your shipping details.

You are likely to find a script/app there that will work. Alot depends on what language you are using. I use one that came with my hosting package, but it isn't that great so I won't recommend it.
