| NVu is an HTML editor based on Mozilla Composer and is quickly becoming my favorite editor as it makes code as best it can to HTML recommendations by the W3C. It has a similar feel to dreamweaver but is not quite as polished... but it also doesn't take very long to load. The best thing about it is that since it is based on Mozilla composer you can use extensions and themes to enhance your experience. Currently there are very few of either because it is so new but some of the nice ones are a Javascript validator and DOM inspector. They released version 1.0 preview release today, I recommend checking it out. http://www.nvu.com

| Thanks for the heads-up. I'll have to look into this and give it my own personal benchmark ![]()
