www.100webspace.com there are other www.freewebs.com they will provide you with a subdomain, kinda tacky but it's free

I use a site called IllusionFX. Its pretty good until the server goes down, but what can you expect from a FREE host, it has an application process tho, and you have to be accepted to actually get the hosting.
