Default Need a batch image resizer

I have an online image gallery, and I want to add a bunch of pics to it. The only thing is that the flash gallery I have only supports regular jpeg format, not progressive jpeg. All the batch image resizers I have tried resize the pics in progressive jpeg format. Thanks for any help.

Photoshop doesn't do batch resizing in non-progressive jpeg format though. arcsoft? I can't find that on google. Any other ideas?

Redsoft Image Resizer. I resized hundreds of pics that way.

Try IRFANVIEW. It handles batch conversions, many file formats (image as well as audio) and is FREE.

... fairly simple to use, too. And as a plus, it also allows for basic image editing.
