Looks like some files have been deleted or their MySQL server is down.

Who is hosting your site? Ask them or check if there's any news on their site. Also do a google on those errors.

I have changed web host and evrything is sorted, well everything is actually different. The logo is a bit poo but I am going to try and get another person who know what they are doing to design one.
