A post secondary school in my city offers this certificate. It applies to both graphics and/or wed design.

My question is....

Whats the work force like for this field? Im ery interested but dont want to get into something that has no future.

Or should i finish up my MCSE? is that even worth it?

If you're close to finishing up your MCSE than I would persure that first. As far as I know there is not a good market demand in design, but it depends mostly on your location. Do some research in your area. If it's a short, relatively inexpensive course I think it would help you to take it. It would be useful if you do any web developement.
