Making graphics for a game

Well I've been playing this wonderful game called Genesis of Kingdoms http://digitaltsai.com/gok . The gameplay is great, unfortunately the graphics and images are horrible. Is anyone interested in designing the graphics for this game or does anyone know someone who would be interested?
