Macromedia Design Suite

Ok well I just got the macromedia design suite, and I am having some trouble with thing,

if someone could point me too a good tutorial site for flash, fireworks, and dreamweaver that would be great.

D/W and Fireworks I dont know. I icked up D/W pretty fast.

Dont forget there are help files with the program.

Dw isn't really anything more than suped up notepad. It saves a bunch of commands so u dont have to know them off by heart. thats really all it is
