WYSIWYG = What You See Is What You Get
Basically its any program that has a "design" view for the people that do not know how to code. And I'm sorry but I dont know of any free ones but if you are a student I think that you can get a pretty good discount for Dreamweaver.

Hrmmm, I'd suggest still trying to get a student discount. As long as you don't say anything I really doubt that their going to be like "Hey he published a webpage but was using a student version." I dont think there is any difference between the student version and the regular except the price.

Why won't you just spend the money and get Dreamweaver or Frontpage. It'll benefit you in the longrun and you won't need to struggle with free WYSIWYG applications that can't do half of what these awesome programs do.
