Link to Table
I am building a site, and I want to know what I link my nav bar entries to if I am using a table. I dont want a new page to open I just want the content box in the middle of the page to change when you click on an entry in the nav bar. Thanks

Frames or iframes would work, like ADZ said, but you can't change text in a table without loading a new page.
SSI or PHP would also work for what you're trying to do, I think.
