| Ultra Techie | I am building a site, and I want to know what I link my nav bar entries to if I am using a table. I dont want a new page to open I just want the content box in the middle of the page to change when you click on an entry in the nav bar. Thanks

| Master Techie | you will probably want to be using frames...or i frames. go to http://www.webmonkey.com and read up on the HTML tutorial.

| Monster Techie | Frames or iframes would work, like ADZ said, but you can't change text in a table without loading a new page. SSI or PHP would also work for what you're trying to do, I think.
