Nah look at the site it looks perfect, www.dtpclansite.tk . To stop the music if you don't like it, just hit the stop button in your browser.

Yes when filters are properly applied and sparingly used. Otherwise it looks like just a bunch of filters piled together until you have a gobbledy-gooked image, doesn't look too bad though
