Default How does Invision Power Board work?

OK, so I got my website up and running. Even got the message board setup using Invision Power Board. Not really difficult because my server comes preinstalled with it and Invision Power Board does almost all of the setup work.

But I can't figure out how to get a skin loaded on it. According to the tutorials and manuals I've found, I'm suppose to upload the skins through a FTP client, but if I do that FrontPage can no longer upload its content directly to the website, because FrontPage is not compatable on a multi-program website/system.

So how do I get around the fact that the skins I've downloaded onto my computer are zipped files of literaly about 100 files? Is there any easy way to get them uploaded without dropping the ability to use FrontPage?

Thanks in advance.
