ok, i was just wondering how to make a small little advertisement that partners can put on there website taht flashes, in green and black "The game scope" letter by letter should i use flash?

flash is good, as movies are lighter, and can stuff more into small size.

as now every body has flash at least.

i would make a GIF with Ulead Photoimpact and babarosa GIF animator or ulead gif animator

gif's load a little faster

ya you can surely use Flash or you can also check SWISH coz it is so simple and easy to work in....just select the text and the effect the movie is created.
try it you will be satisfied.

Swish is a very neat program, havt used it in nearly a year, im sure a lot more can be done with it now.

Or you might try ImageReady. It comes with photoshop, so if you have PS, you have IR !

ya you can also use Flash and Swish at the same time i mean make the text effects in the swish and then import them into the flash and then you can easily manage ur movie coz text effeccts are somewhat difficult in flash but in swish they are builtin.
