Default help with setting up my first website

Hey everyone I would like some help with setting up a website. I donÂ’t need to like get an address or anything cause its my college site which gives every student there own. What I need help with is making it like a proper website not the blank page with small piece of writing at the top as it is now. I have never used any kind of website software before and would like to give it ago, but I donÂ’t have any money to spend on it, just the knowledge and the program to edit what I got would be great.

Any helpful suggestions please let me know, thanks

Go to http://www.macromedia.com and download the 30 day trial of Dreamweaver 2004. It is a very neat program and you can do a lot in it!

Helpful websites- www.webmonkey.com www.dynamicdrive.com

I used to write websites years ago, is CuteHTML still used? That's an editor I swore by.
