Default Help with putting a List/Menu in a webpage

Hi guys,

I'm having some difficulty in putting a List/Menu object in my webpage. This List/Menu would serve as a navigation guide through multiple pages of the same article, like the ones on Hardocp and Tomshardware.

How would I do this with CSS in Dreamweaver 8?

Thanks for helping me out!
