Google has launched a Themes Gallery for Chrome users but, at least so far, there are less than three dozen themes to choose from. Installation is as easy as clicking the "apply theme" button under the corresponding theme and you are all set.
Try Late Night. It isnt the best, but it is a decent dark theme to replace the default. At least this works. I cant tell you how many times i have tried to replace the default.dll and had nothing but junk on screen from it not being compatible....
