Do you know any good GIF editors that are free to use so I can change graphics!? What is photoshop and how can I get it? PLEASE PLEASE REPLY IF YOU KNOW ANSWERS!

Photoshop could be the best one out there. But it costs quite a bundle. There is a program called GIMP. Its free, and supposedly pretty good. You can download it at http://www.gimp.org/ . I've never tried it, so I can't really say if its good or not.

Hi computergraphic. I'm to the rescue. Photoshop is the best thing that could have happened to the designing world. It is a software by the company Adobe and the latest version is Photoshop CS. With its unmatched filters and effects, you get literally freedom to create and edit art of any sort. From web graphics to logs to print media to abstract to desktop backgrounds. ANYTHING. I have used Gimp too. and it matches the flexibility of Photoshop to some extent but its not as Professional as Photoshop. Its + point is that it is free. Anyway if you are jumpingin the graphic designing world, I will advice you to start with basic photoediting and layers. Use the trial version of Ulead Photoimpact first then subsequently use Photoshop Trial. When you understand photoshop to some extent, and the trial expires, either buy it or jump to GIMP. You will find it very very easy after photoshop. WARNING: Photoshop seems very very boring at first sight. Learn it slowly and have patience. Best of Luck!!
