if i have an old version of frontpage 2000 on my computer, and this old version is a copy of the frontpage software, and it was activated with a key,

and then i got a licenced ms FrontPage 2003 upgrade kit, if i install the frontpage 2003 upgrade, does the new frontpage 2003 upgrade licence overwrite the old frontpage 2000 licence?

in other words, will writing over the old version of frontpage 2000 with the new frontpage 2003 upgrade make the program legit on my computer?
