Where can I find freeware program for creating simple GIF-s?

I could just buy it, but I need it to make just few simple gifs for my web.

If not, try searching for gif animator freeware

I can make gifs for you and stuff for free as long as I can have my website name on them.

Search Google for GIF Construction Set Professional. It talks at you obnoxiously but it's a good program. I'm too lazy to get the address though.
