Default Flash help

I made a site that was predominantly done in flash but placed into a custom html file done in dreamweaver. Whenever I preview it in the browser the flash designed part gets blocked like a popup and I have to select to allow it to play. How would I go about getting it come straight up when I preview it or will it even still act like this when I upload it to the web server?

The reason you have to click twice on the flash is to allow it to run, you can also allow it to run by pressing spacebar. It's a security thing
