Hmm...Notepad Hehe...

There's Frontpage...but it's not the best, and is expensive. So, hm...

I searched Google, one of the first listings:
http://www.virtualmechanics.com/products/dwarf/

Not sure if it's any good, just the first thing...there's a bunch more too

i went with dreamweaver a couple of years ago..and have never turned back.

You can get the 30 day trial for dreamweaver @ the macromedia website.

very high-end tools include:

Dreamweaver, Adobe GoLive (previously knows as Pagemill) , Net Objects Fusion........and Frontpage from XP2003 they have really made it better.

mid-low end tools:

Netscape Composer, HotMetal Pro and Macromedia Homesite.

but industry's standard is Dreamweaver (currently i'm using GoLive - Extremus)

Adobe is very expensive, infact they are most expensive. so i wont recommend GoLive.

I'd say DeamWeaver for n00bs and GoLive for professionals? I never really used GoLive very much, though. Using DreamWeaver MX 2004
