Dreamwaver Java Error Message

Here I am at work trying to give myself a crash course in DREAMWAVER MX 2004. But the problem is that when I press on some of the tabs, I have getting error messages. This is one of the error messages when I press on the MODIFY tab.

I have all ready reinstalled Dreamweaver on this computer, and the same problem still presists.
