I have no idea how to design graphics on my computer! If anyone can help please reply ASAP! Or even if I could edit drawings or photos and make them look like a graphic plz tell me!

Use photoshop and play with render clouds. that's how you begin with digital art. Just play with photoshop and you should be fine. Tutorials that come with photoshop are all handy and will help you be familiar with the environment. And also, there are soooooo many tutorials out there you just have to search.

use the tutorials at http://www.good-tutorials.com they tell you exactly what to do and there are heaps of them
