Default Count Down Timer On Webpage

Does any one know of any JAVA or CGI or some thing that I can add to a HTML page that will show a count down timer.
Eg. DAY, HOURS, MINUTES.

Reason is that I am setting up a little christmas specials pages for the company website. And I would like a reminder to customers on how long it is until Christmas.

Javascript is easy...and if you don't know it, Google knows many places that provide it. Here's a simple form that'll generate the needed code for you:

Does that do what you're asking?
