Default Color calibrators -- Spyder2 Pro vs. Eye-One Display 2

I am looking to buy a color calibrator, but have difficulty deciding which one to get.

I have narrowed it down to two brands.

Spyder2 Pro and Eye-one Display 2.

Any ideas which one is better? I could not find that many user reviews on the web.

you could torrent them and compare the two then the one you like you buy and delete both the torrented versions. do neither of them offer trial periods? i have tried some other ones not the two you have mentioned and didnt like the results. so i just use my video card software ..............

Unfortunatly those are not software only. Both have actual sensor unit that is attached to the monitor.
