cgi formmail

I downloaded a formmail script from Matt's Script Archive and followed all the instructions to configure it. I really don't know anything about cgi, but I used the readme and did everything it said. I linked the actual form with this:

<form method=POST action=cgi-bin/Formmail.pl>

I went in to test the form, and when I clicked the "submit button" internet explorer displayed the script, rather than reading it. What am I doing wrong? I couldn't see anything obvious wrong with it, but I don't know what I'm talking about w/ cgi. I attached the cgi script on this message as a txt file. Please help!
