How do u get binary characters in photoshop like in ths tutorial

That tut is pretty straight forward.

If you don't understand it, you might want to brush up on layer effects.

or if you can understand it, there's a secondary tut down lower. That one seems a bit more effective. I didn't try it though.

type 1's and 0's than use ctrl+click to get the selection of the text and use that selection over an image.

you could do that in gimp for a long long time..... photoshop is better but gimps still **** good.
