Look on the above link from Preet2u and go down to add image and links.

Basically:
[ url=http://whereiwanttogo.com ][ img ]http://imagelocation.com[ /img ][ /url ] without those spaces.

BTW, if you scroll down to the bottom of this page, you'll see that [IMG] Code is off for this forum.
