Hey just wondering if anyone has any cool photoshop tricks, if you do, id love to hear em. Id also appreciate any cool Photoshop tutorials and/or sites.

OK, I got one for you:

Take a picture of whatever, and make a new layer over top of it.
Use the Wave filter to create a bunch of waves. Use the Magic Wand with some tolerance and select the waves you just made. Do a feather on the selection of about 10 pixels or so. Then do a filter of your choice (I like Glowing Edges) on your selected area. It'll give you a cool effect like the pic I made a while below:
