Default After Effects into Premiere

So Ive added some special effects to a little clip I have, and now I want to add sound to it in Premiere.

When I try and export the project into premiere, the video has none of the effects that I previously added in After Effects.

can someone please give me some direction on how I can get my edited clip with the effects added into Premiere?

Thank you!

I'm not sure, but have you tried Audacity or something to add sound?

Maybe you could try exporting the video with After Effects and then opening the exported version in Premiere.

Make sure you export to something decent like a DIVX AVI and i beleive the issue your having is its not flattening/rasterizing the effects. I cant tell you for sure but look for an option like that.
