3ds Max 7 start up problems

I'm not too sure if this is the right section to put this, but oh well.

Every time I try to load up 3ds Max 7, I get these errors.

Does anyone know the cause/solution to this?

If you need any info additional info about my computer (specs in sig), please say so.
