i have a buddy at Apple who said he could get me a 15" MBP cheap and let me trade up to the 17" when it came out so he send me the 17" when it came out and tomorrow, i have to send him back the 15"...and yes, as of RIGHT now, i have 2 MBP's
I actually dont buy apple because they are a bigger monopoly than ms.....
But i have mac os running on 4 homebuilt pcs...... all drivers are detected....except for sound blaster.....and monitor........
I have to rewrite some openBSD drivers......and modify some old apple crt drivers...
For the sound blaster.....mac never supported it, but linux did...and so its a start...
SB live should be supported by mac....but i have an audigy platinum ex....
And then there is the controller card for my sataII....which mac also doesnt support....but promise has open source drivers.....
All smb mounts work and such...and mac interfaces very well with my windows network.....just like my linux boxes do....
