Talking The Sims 2

Has anyone gotten this yet?! I'm in the process of setting up a pay-pal account so I can order it. The system requirements are pretty steep, but I've heard its way better than the PC version.

Cool "Human Mind Simulator Version 2.0.0.0b..."

It was all together smoother gameplay than on PC. When i had a Mac, It still kept locking up on me though.

Okay, so I caved and ordered it. :o

Anyway, the gameplay is awesome on my iBook!
The system requirements are thus:
1.2ghz G4 or better (rec. G5)
256mb RAM or better (rec. 1 gb)
32mb Vid card ATI 9000 or better (rec. 64mb card)
10.3.8 or higher

I have:
1.2ghz G4
1.25gb RAM
32mb ATI 9200
10.3.9
Runs perfect! I'll post a screenie when I get home.

I highly reccomend this game to all Mac users who like the Sims 1!

Yeah, thats the only downfall, sadly

But i'm sure you could pull it off with an older G4, maybe a dual processor setup with a good GPU and plenty of RAM... Of course... thats pretty redundant...
